Full moon roof top yoga on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 8pm

Yoga on the Rooftop under the Stars and Full Moon.

Saturday June 18, 8pm - 9:30pm - arrive anytime after 7:30pm

This is our fourth Full Moon Roof Top Event of 2022.  This is a Post Full Moon gathering, we will be Celebrating and thanking all dad's as we celebrate Father's Day that night as well.

This event will include a 30 minute Sound bath with special guest Jessica Brock
Donation based Yoga and Meditation / Sound Bath - Event is Open to ALL

 Plenty of space up there for social distancing, no mask required, but optional

If you have never practiced on the  rooftop at night, it's a really cool experience

 Nice breeze, nice views, nice people to move and share the experience with  

The Yoga practice is very gentle, utilizing more of our Yin energy.  We breathe, we stretch,

 we relax and we restore.  We connect to the elements, the sounds, the energy around
